Users of Techdroid GmbH Otabin are prohibited from:

- b. Attempting to bypass or break any security mechanism on any of the services or using the service in any other manner that poses a security or
service risk to Techdroid GmbH or any of its users. - c. Reverse-engineering the service in order to find limitations, vulnerabilities, or evade user limitations.
- d. Using the service in a manner that may subject Techdroid GmbH or any third party to liability, damages, or danger.
- e. Using the service in any manner that violates any applicable third-party policies or requirements that Techdroid GmbH has communicated to the
user.

Users are responsible for all content they upload or process through the Otabin. Users must ensure that their content complies with all applicable laws
and regulations, does not infringe any third-party rights, and does not contain any malicious code.
4. Enforcement
Techdroid GmbH reserves the right to take any action it deems necessary in case this AUP is not respected, including the suspension or termination of the user’s account, without notice.
5. Reporting
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, you will immediately notify Techdroid GmbH and provide assistance, as requested, to stop or
remedy the violation.
6. Modifications
Techdroid GmbH may modify this AUP at any time by posting a revised version on our website. By continuing to use the Services after a change to
this AUP, you agree to comply with the modified AUP.
